This is a prototype Classic Quinto in a unique finish that never made it to full scale production (a darker wood grain satin finish, unknown official name). It's missing its tuning lugs, counterhoop, and head, but aside from some cosmetic scuffs, scratches, and dings it's in good fully-playable condition.
